Shipping Policy:
- All orders are shipped FREE within Australia via major carriers.
- All orders will be processed during normal trading hours (9am to 5pm AEST) from Monday to Friday.
- Orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 2 business days after full payment is received.
- Delivery times will vary depending on your location, normally it will take between 2-5 business days for your goods to arrive.
- If you live outside of an area where couriers operate (i.e. most farms) the goods will arrive into your nearest transport company depot and you will be notified by the transport company that the products are ready for collection.

Return Policy:
- We want your product ordering experience with us to be easy and hassle free. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, please phone 1300 612 530. Our support team will assist you if a return is necessary.
- Return of goods will be at purchasersā expense. Exceptions apply when arrangements have been authorised and confirmed by our support team.
- Returns will only be accepted up to 30 days from invoice date with proof of purchase, i.e. invoice.
- Goods must be returned in a saleable condition, i.e. in its original packaging, undamaged, not opened and unused.
- Damaged or faulty goods will be fully refunded or exchanged. Damaged or faulty items must be reported within 5 business days of receipt of goods. Please phone 1300 612 530. Our support team will work with you to resolve the issue.
- Please Note: ANY claims for returns, refunds or exchange MUST be accompanied by a Return Form issued by our support team prior to returning the goods.
